Bukkit

I just started using this plugin, and it works like a charm. I don't know if this is currently possible, but I can't see to chat with people from Irc to MC using a command. I was wondering if you could possibly add this. For example:

I type in !say [message] and it will send a message to everyone in-game.
I type in !pm [name] [message] and it will send a private message to someone in-game.

It would also be nice to return a pm from in-game to IRC.

These additions would be simply wonderful as the rest of the IRC plugins are too much of a hassle to deal with.
