InventoryBomb

InventoryBomb is a plugin which adds customizable bombs drops on player death.

Bombs can be configured to explode, damage the player, or execute a custom command.

This plugin collects statistics about the server version, plugin version, operating system, etc, using MCStats. If you don't want this, you can always disable it from plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml.

NOTE: InventoryBomb v3.0.0 and above ships with an auto-updater. You can disable this in `plugins/InventoryBomb/config.yml` if you don't want this.

Features

  • On death, players will drop a Blaze Rod with the name Bomb! 5 seconds. The seconds will count down to 0, then explode.

Explosion

If the bomb is dropped on the ground, a small explosion (power 1) will be created. If the bomb is in a player's inventory, the player will see the message *Your bomb exploded*. The take-damage animation will be played, but no damage will actually be taken.

Commands

  • /givebomb [player] - Gives a bomb to the player running the command, or the player given as an argument

Permissions

  • inventorybomb.givebomb - Allows the player to use /givebomb
  • InventoryBomb.skipCharge - Allows the player to avoid being charged, if charging money is enabled.

Configuration

See the configuration page for configuring InventoryBomb.

IMPORTANT - migration to new major versions.

Upgrading to a new major version (i.e, v1.x to v2.x, v2.x to v3.x) is not backwards-compatible. See the migration instructions for how to update your config file.
