InMaintenance
With this plugin you can start a server maintenance.
The command /maintenance on starts it.
When it's on no player without the permission maintenance.bypass can join the server.
/maintenance off turns the maintenance off and /maintenance reload reloads the config.
You need the permission maintenance.use to turn it on, off and reload it.
