    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Create an infinite chest.
    2. Put "potion:16421" in the second line, without quotes
    3. Put "1" in the third line, without quotes

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    The expected output would be Splash Instant Health II's, but instead it is drinkable Instant Health II's.

    What version of the product are you using?
    I am using Craftbukkit 1.7.9 R0.2, and InfiniteChests V0.3 PR4

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No, as it doesn't create an error. At least, it doesn't on my server.
