Infected
Features:
This plugin allows you to customize the mobs on your server and in your worlds like YOU want! You can add tons of things to their attacks and soon you'll can do even more. At the moment you have a decent choise of effects, which you can give to the mobs you want. You can also add multiple effects to a single mob if you want and you can also choose how often the effect should occure, be enabled and in which world. It is also possible to set a message when you got 'infected' and 'cured'. This plugin is lightweight, highly-configurable and upĀ²date.

This plugin is working perfect for me. I'm using Craftbukkit 1.2.4 R01 Java 7 64, I have tested the zombies with all the effects, and they all work perfectly. I don't have a color chat plugin, so I just took out the &6 color codes. I get blindness, nausea, hunger, poison and slow... all effects and messages working just fine.. Love it!
Try slow instead of slown. Little typo, sry ^^
@QweSteR2221
Minecraft: 1.2.4
CraftBukkit: 2122 (1.2.4-R0.1)
SpoutPlugin: 1046
SpoutCraft: 1299
Java 7.3 x64
Work only "nausea" effect.
effects:
zombie:
enable: true
nausea:
enable: true
multiplier: 1
chance: 100
duration: 10
message: '&6
--'spider:
enable: true
slown:
enable: true
multiplier: 1
chance: 100
duration: 10
message: '&6
--'add spout!
more visual effects :)
@webname
ATM Im recoding the plugin. Could be possible that it don't work.
To the %-Chances: Why you're wondering? Don't know what you mean, sry.
Every effected got picked with a random. If the random is bigger than the percentage, the effect takes place, else it don't.
Are the color codes in the message supposed to work, i copied your sample config ( created by the plugin on start) but it prints out "&6 < message text>" ? running 1.2.3 #2098 Ok reading back a bit i see the color codes mentioned. Another Question i see you can enter multiple effects how are they picked - random do i break the chance up amongst them ie blind 10 slow 20 hunger 50
just wondering how that part works
I noticed when you used ranged attacks, nauseastill affects you..
Can you make it so only zombie-damage procs?
They all work in 1.2.4 except blindness :]
@twisterlj Thanks a lot :)
You can change it via. your Permissions-plugin (configure world: permissions etc.) ;)
Love, Love, Love This! Works like a charm! The only suggestion I have, is to add MultiVerse support. We run MultiVerse, with a reg world, nether, end and a Hard world (zombie apocalypse type). We want to be able to use this in the Hard world, and leave the others normal. Keep up the excellent work!!!
@manniL
Oh thank the lord lol. I already am trying to figure out how to stop some other passive buff from spamming and reading that was like ... no ... more ....spam... rofl :) Btw I know i said this already but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLUGIN. My players complain so bad about the debuffs :D Finally a challenge
@tappestry
It will be possible to turn it on/off ;)
@manniL
Please don't add duration wear off messages unless you plan on having a way to turn them off. This could cause way too much chat spam, especially since a good gamer would only allow these effects for a short period of time. Can you imagine yourself in a dungeon with a mob that casts slow on you about 30% of the time for 10 seconds? The dungeon is packed with mobs and your entire chat box is nothing but
Has been Has worn off Has been Has worn off Has been Has worn off
....
" Example: get hit; message comes across "You've been nauseated by a Zombie!" and after the custom duration you could put something like "The nausea has worn off."
@VexFallstar
Please wait for the recode ;)
I love this plugin but had to pull it; the config was ignoring my changes to it, and would have zombies nauseating on every hit. Running the latest dev build of bukkit (2084)
Could you post a completed example config file, which has multiple effects on one mob? I was getting parser errors when I tried to do that.
Thanks
@Clinpachi
I'll look for that in the recode.
@Adrenalineq
could you please post your config.yml?
Thanks very much! :D Also you can partially blame me for the color codes not working, i had no idea there was extra steps involved in making the colors read properly.
@wallofchaos Stay tuned!
@Clinpachi
Yes, its possible and I think I'll do it for you :P
