Improved AI
Minecraft mob AI is very predictable and fighting them becomes easy after a while. This mod improves the AI of mobs allowing them to work in groups and cooperate, making them much more of a challenge, even to skilled players. Mobs also have a limited line of sight, allowing players to sneak up behind them for a stealth kill. They can hear your footsteps though, so be quiet.
Has there been any updates to this project? i really like the concept and would love to ad this type of mod to my server!

Spot on.
Summing up what was mentioned, making your plugin cater to less than all servers is a silly idea, especially when working with mobs - mobs that, coincidentally, are on typically every single minecraft server. For the mentioned reason is precisely why you'd be in the right mind to make 'Mob AI' as opposed to simply 'Improved AI', and cater every server that wants to be unique. (That's all of them, by the way).
Making configurable changes to mobs in a configuration file caters to all servers. Please consider this!
The intentions of this plugin seem quite unfocused, in fact in some aspects completely different. From what I gather from the description, this is meant to be a plugin that makes the mobs easier to fight, yet more complicated and "more of a challenge". That's a contradiction, but I do have an idea (this isn't meant to be insulting). I think you have a perfect idea: Mob AI. What I suggest is making options that create a config.yml allowing you to toggle grouping, sight, mob speed (for each individual mob), and other creative ideas. This would be a killer plugin that's uses are suitable for all sorts of servers. Zombie servers could use it to make faster zombies with greater sight, PvP servers could use it to make mobs easier to fight (putting more focus on PvP), and so on. Hope this helps. I'd REALLY look forward to a plugin similar to what I've described. Even you need some help coding, I believe my friend would be glad to help. Thanks for reading, best of luck.

Sounds good.
It should also be good that it'll have configurable difficulty.
