Changelog

Using this update will give you the possibility to have scoreboards in 1.13
Since 1.13 has a few changes in the scoreboard, like infinite length... They won't be implemeneted until the next update.
A new feature is that you can have a static board and change it with the 
"/ibr set <page>" command.
Also some bug fixes
