- Fixed bug which caused excessive tax rates under certain conditions when using dynamic tax.
- Fixed potential exploit in chest shops where a piston could destroy the chest's sign. (important fix)
- Added price ceilings and floors.
- Added /setceiling and /setfloor commands
- Possible fix for sb sign bug.
- HyperConomy will no longer take a long time to shut down. The SQL queue will be saved to file instead and processed on next server start.

The /importsql command is not finished.  Use it at your own risk.  The backups should be good for a future update, however.
