This is still in admin tools, because, as hinted in the main post, it is useful to admins. If they have got a player complaining about not being able to eat, instead of having to set the whole world to easy and affecting other players, they can just take away some of there hunger bar. This makes admins be able "to do their job easier and faster", as the only have to enter in the command once, instead of having to change it to peaceful and then back to easy. All other categorizes, however, were removed, other than "fun".
