Humiliator
Description: This is a simple (very simple) plugin that allows server admins to humiliate players with a command.
Intended use:
The plugin is designed for servers that want a little fun and the ability to broadcast a humiliating message to the server about a player.
Command:
/humiliate <player> <message> - This finds the player and broadcasts to the whole server the message you type.
Permission:
There is also one permission: humiliator.humiliate - this gives a player access to /humiliate
