• 16 spells
• Added Water Spell I
• Added Flight Spell I
• Added Mining Spell I
• /spells command to show all of them, ordered by rarity Fixed bugs:
• Fixed op permission to the command /spells
• Death arrow now works as intended
• Lighting spell delay time increased for balancing
• Book of replenishment and book of luck now get deleted when their uses are empty
