Compatibility: Bukkit/Spigot 1.6.4, 1.7.2 to 1.7.10, and Cauldron/MCPC+ 1.6.4 and 1.7.2

• Added variable {world: worldName} to get the amount of players in a world.
• Fixed icons being picked up with a workaround.
• Added individual permission for each command. If you want to give all the permissions now, just use "holograms.*" instead of "holograms.admin".
  • The permission for each command is "holograms.commandName" for example the permission for /hd addline is "holograms.addline".
  • The permission to receive update notifications is holograms.update.

* Using Forge 1.7.10 (Client) it's not possible to see floating items. This is client side issue, as they appear with a vanilla client.
* {status: serverName} was experimental: I discovered that is not possible to see if a server is online through BungeeCord. Please remove that from your holograms.
