Note: compatible with Bukkit from 1.7.2 to 1.7.8, 1.6.4 and MCPC+ 1.6.4 and 1.7.2

• Added {displayname} (you need ProtocolLib)
• Changed the animation speed unit to 0.1 seconds. It allows 2x faster animations. Existing animations will be 2 times faster.
• Added {time} (configurable in config.yml)
• (For developers) Added method to create individual holograms in the API.
• You can now set the first line (optional) when creating holograms: /hd create <hologramName> [text]
• Animations are loaded more dynamically (you don't need /hd reload anymore)
• Better output on /hd list when there are no holograms
• Fixed possible client crash in 1.6.4 when using long animations (rare case)
