What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Creating a HCS with  /hcs create "/eco take %p 10000" "/manuaddp %p plotme.use" then right clicking a [SCS] sign.
2. Adding permissions with  /hcs addperm "essentials.eco" "groupmanager.op" "groupmanager.manuaddp"
3. Running the sign

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The permission should be added to use plotme and 10000 should be taken from account. Instead I get Cant modify player with higher or same group as you.

What version of the product are you using?
v1.3

Do you have an error log of what happened?
None in console.

Please provide any additional information below.
I am trying to create a pay for plot system. I thought the addperm feature would allow money to be taken an also a node to be added to the player, none of the commands are working for players. I am using GroupManager and do not have EssentialsGroupBridge or hiddenpermissions. I am desperate for this to be solved, thanks.

I believe several other have striven to do this before. I just can't remember how they got it to work....
