Help Me Staff
Help Me Staff is a plugin that lets your players ask for help. All the players with the correct permission node will see the message, so they can help the player. Install this now, their is no harm in it. I am sure you looked for one in the past, as I have. Yet, never found one. So here it is, have fun!
Commands
- /Help - This command will send a message to everyone with the correct permission node, letting them know that the player needs assistance.
Permissions
- Help.1 - This is the only permission, give this to all your Staff Groups. Having this permission will let you know when a player needs help.

I really do not feel like playing with the plugin now, I will do this some time tomorrow if I have time.
Until then, I suggest one of two things. 1. You delete the plugin, til I add a cooldown and change the command. 2. You tell players to use /ehelp.

Posted Nov 3, 2015I agree with Binner_Done highly. You should not use help for 2 reasons 1. Many players refer it to basic commands they can do. 2. Staff would tp to the player and see nothing is wrong and have to talk with the player for 2 minutes explaining.
Also add a cool down
