firecharges not tracked, allow burning items #259

    Fire charges are not tracked. If someone fires a new firecharge at something, it will burn and hawk will not show any evidence of it.

    Had this problem, whenever someone lights a fire I can't roll it back, nor locate where the fire orignaly started.

    I've disabled all fire for now.
