Do you have a prison server? Ever been annoyed when a guard abuses and gives his items out? Or when a player kills a guard and he drops all his OP guard armor? Then this plugin is for you. This is an advanced, yet lightweight plugin that will make prison server guarding a lot easier. It can be used for prison servers, to play the prison guard role, or just in a RPG server. This is a guard plugin, and a prison guard plugin! Long awaited. I made this guard plugin for my server, as I needed a simple way to keep track of guards. Hope this does the same for you.
This plugin uses an auto updater. If you would like to disable this, please open the config and turn the "auto-update" to false.

You must also give your players the kit permission defined in the config.yml. If you don't do this they won't receive a kit. If they have more than one kit permission the kit will be randomly chosen.

I was wondering if perhaps you could add it so players with a specified permission will have a different kit when they go on duty. For example if there is a police rank and they type /duty the´ll get a wooden sword, but if a detective types /duty the´ll get a stone sword. This would be awesome for my server cause I´m starting up a city rp server and I have different police ranks for players.

Hi, This plugin is great except for one issue. Its fine when 1 guard is on duty but when 2 or more guards go on duty it takes the first guard off duty without broadcasting it but the guard keeps the item and can freely drop them and move them. Please Respond fast! I dont want to have it so Only 1 guard can be on duty! EXTRA INFO: Im using Spigot MC and There are no errors in the console
i have a problem with this the plugin is great but the glitch where u do /duty and guards stay on duty maybe u should change it so the commands are duty on and duty off to make it less glitchy but also make it possible to have a cool down after they go on duty and when they go off they have to wait a cool down time set plus you should add a kit or 2 more in there
Just installed the plugin, for testing, 2 people spammed /duty a few times and it ended up mixing up the inventories and giving the guard inventories even when off duty. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Tested on 1.8, permission seem to be working fine. Are you getting any errors in the console? If not, please pastebin your config.yml.

There is a bug when 2 or more guards are on duty and one of them goes off duty all of them will go off duty but you keep the items

Currently you can configure it to give players money, however I will make it so you can also perform commands (I.e /give <name> diamond 64)
Hey there mydeblob, do you plan on adding in rewards for players whenever they actually kill a Guard?

is there a way that i can disable the message that says "<playername> is on duty use /guards to list all guards"
When i do /DUTY than restart the server im normal player again and have the items of the guard.
Really good plugin. Works great. But I wish it had /sword and /bow.

I've been reported this bug a few times, and am looking into a fix.
Just installed the plugin, for testing, 2 people spammed /duty a few times and it ended up mixing up the inventories and giving the guard inventories even when off duty. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
