I agree in your opinion, that GP is the best Claimingplugin out there and would love to use it for my Estates too. But I got one BIG Problem:

I cant sell claims without gaining money for it. So I came up with the idea to take a banned player as a "estate agent" but I am not able to set signs for him. So the easiest way to achieve an "estate agent" would be, if you can implent a method to set up sellsigns for other players. So I can transfer claim to "bannedplayer" and "bannedplayer" will sell the claim then, because I made a sign for him.
Thats the quickest idea but I think you can do it more nifty too:

What about a Bank for Estates? For Example:
You can Transfer a Claim to a "Player" called Bank (Name can change or set in config). Then you can set up a sign which sells the claim for the bank. If someone buys the claim, his money will be transfered to bank. That will be almost the same like my above idea if we end here. BUT:
What if "Bank" can also give credit to buy a claim? Lets say a claim costs 100$ (just to keep the numbers small ^^) and you want to buy it but are out of money. You can buy it but the claim will cost you more. You have to "pay" interest for the credit.
For example:
Claimcost 100$
Interest: 5% (maybe also configurable)
Time 10 (days, hours, whatever)
Buyer has to pay 100*0,05 + 100/10 every day so he might pay 150$ in total for the claim if he takes a credit from the bank. There will also be a way to "punish" players who are not able to pay: One idea is "Punishinterests":
Each day the player cant pay his depts his interest is raised so total cost of claim will increase. If he cant pay at all after a given period of time he has to abandon the claim and the new owner is the bank again.

Now I got another Idea to set up signs "cooler":
Place Sign in claim
Rightclick it with an item (wool for example)
Type in chat price
Done! Wait till someone buys your claim

For making Signs for Bank or EstateAgent you just have to hit the sign with another item like rock or something.

I hope I have given you a cool Idea you are thinking about to implent. Would be very nice to have a EstateAgent or a Bank to Sell claims. If you have questions my Email is [email protected]
