*Instead of giving players a full trust is there a way you could change the type of trust. For instance changing the third line to Access gives players access trust when they rent or lease. This way the owner doesn't have to rebuild a subclaim that another leased. This will let owners to make true towns.

Allowing people to sell permissions for the plot rather than the plot itself! Good idea!
