What is the enhancement in mind?

When a player purchases an "Estate" the Seller and the Buyer should bother be notified.

Also, when purchasing an "Estate" the buyer should be given the option to "Confirm" the purchase.

How should it look and feel?

Players dislike how the purchase is immediate without any chance to confirm or cancel.

Also Sellers wish to be notified about the purchase when it takes place.

I definitely like the idea of notifying the buyer/seller.... The confirmation though, I was trying to avoid using chat... Maybe a "right click again to confirm"?
