Go Away Phantoms
Only allows phantoms to spawn on full moons (every 7 days in-game). They are the worst mob, no I'm not installing a sleep vote plugin, I just want them to go away. Spawns via eggs/spawners are allowed, only natural spawns are denied.
Developed for 1.14.4, but I don't see why this shouldn't work for 1.14.x in general.

Posted Aug 27, 2019Do not use this plugin, after a restart or two. all the hostile mobs despawn and won't spawn again.

This is already solved with this commit. I mistakenly forgot to check for the entity type prior when consolidating things. I actually use v1.2 atm on my personal server with paper, have updated repeatedly via restart and swapping binaries and entities still spawn without issue, just not Phantoms.
