- Global chat mute does not mute commands
- Mute is un-bypassable, unless your players have access to a broadcast command (/me, /say, /bc, etc.).
/globalmute <on/off> - toggles the global chat mute on or off

globalmute.mute - Permission to mute or unmute the chat
globalmute.bypass - Permission to talk while the chat is muted

- Download by clicking the download button
- Drag and drop into your plugins folder
- Restart your server/load the plugin (PlugMan)
