Give Anything Listener
Introduction
This is a plugin that works with Votifier 1.8 or higher, and as such should be placed inside the plugins folder NOT the listeners one.
This plugin listens to voting events passed from Votifier and allows you to reward players with anything when they vote for your server.
If you can type it as a command you can use it to in this plugin!
The Plugin works like a lot of the other listeners, but gives the user a detailed Configuration, on how to setup the broadcast message, and the colour / control codes they can use, Like {BOLD} etc...
This Plugin REQUIRES Votifier 1.8 or above!
When installing you must place the GAListener.jar into your /plugins folder.
It will then create a config.yml inside of the folder which you can edit to your liking! |

Metrics
This plugin utilizes Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
You can disable the stat collection via /plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml if you wish.

I have everything set up but the players aren't be rewarded.
I fear it may be the cumulative vote resetting votes to 0 for every 5 votes.
Any way to add a "on every X votes" feature to the plugin that gives a 5 vote reward every 5, 10, 15, 20, ... votes?
@MinecraftAdmin
This is down to the commands it's running. It's not GALIsteners fault, please check what commands you are running every vote and make sure those plugins are optimized.
I am not sure what causing such high timings. Any thoughts?

gal.admin: description: Allows you to use all commands default: false gal.noremind: description: Exclude from vote reminder default: false gal.top: description: Allows you to use /votetop default: true
a way to always find permission nodes for a plugin is to open the plugin with winrar and take a look inside the plugin.xml file since all plugins register the permission nodes and commands in there for bukkit to read
onlineonly: true
Is still not working for rewards.
Any reason?
Hi. I would love to see some permission nodes so I can allow players to see votes, topvotes
but NOT clear totals, etcRight now only OPS can see and reset. Do you have permission nodes that are not listed ? Thanks So much !! This plugin is the best voting plugin in the world !!@shurtcut
With the updated version, it's
Hey I own a few servers and this is just to comlicated but its perfect and I was wander if you could right me just a listener that would give the voter 1 diamond and $200 thank you!
@modzmarvin
I second this... I really need it for my creative server.
I can't seem to get vote reminders to work.
Is there a reload command? I know that before it was /gareload or something like that but now it wont work, also I tried to find the command in this page but couldn't find it. If there's a command for this tell me what it is, if not create one please :D... really helpful to have a in game reload command.
Cannot seem to get '/rewards' to work although it's set to true, nothing happens when I do it, anyone else having this problem that can help me out?
Can you please add a option to execute a command after time. That way i can give worldedit and take it away without having to get yet another listner
10/10 for the this one though!
I'm in the process of rolling out new servers on a BungeeCord network, and wanting to stay with vote plugins I'm familiar with, I've configured three servers to use one GAListener mysql DB. The Lobby is configured to recieve the votes from server lists, but the GAListener config has the Lobby world blocked so no rewards are given and the vote is queued in the DB.
The sticking point is getting the other servers to refresh and see the new votes in the GALQueue DB table.
Doing '/gal reload' on the other servers will refresh the queued votes and if the player is already online, '/gal forcequeue' lets the players collect the rewards.
It seems to me there may be a way to automate the reload/forcequeue with commandblocks that trigger on playerjoin/leave, and/or a timer.
Does this sound like a workable solution? and is it something that could be implemented in a future version?
Using 1.3.1 and, when a player votes, they get the message saying thanks for voting, but the commands aren't being executed. Here's my config: http://pastebin.com/T8RZpZxs
EDIT: Fixed it. The give command needs the / in the beginning.
using 1.3.1 - it still tries to give rewards out to users who voted when onlineonly is set to true
Is there a permission for the "/gal top" command?
Alright I cant get any rewards working, The plugin works fine and I have the latest version of Votifier. All my votes are counting but no rewards to user
Is it possible to add a Votetop Footer pls?
I'd Like to be able to add that feature
