FreezeAndMute
Freeze and Mute was designed for simple server owners that just want freeze and mute commands. Not all the extra commands other plugins include. Freeze and Mutes commands also work on toggle, so there are only two commands making the plugin very simple. Freeze And Mute has a config file so you can customize most of it (No Permission message and Usage Errors.) Install Freeze And Mute just like most other plugins, just drag it into the plugins directory of the server and restart/reload.
Usage:
/frz [player] : The Frz command freezes the player that is specified rendering them unable to move, unable to break blocks, teleport, or use commands. To unfreeze the player just use the command again.
/mute [player] (minutes) : The Mute command mutes the specified player rendering them unable to speak. You can optionally type in the amount of minutes you want to mute a player.
/famreload : The reload command reloads the config file.
Permissions:
freezeandmute.frz : This permission allows the user with it to use the /frz command.
freezeandmute.mute : This permission allows the user with it to use the /mute command.
freezeandmute.reload : This permission allows the user with it to use the /famreload command.
freezeandmute.* : Gives access to all commands.

I have no idea where to start on this one. I just stopped programming for a while and ignored all bukkit fuss. I'll start a bit this week and see what I can do. Should be able to roll a 1.7.9 update out in a few days.
@Austincd118
If he's talking about multiple channels, then I'm guessing HeroChat.
Hey! I've been using this to organize a Minecraft club for a library. It works just how I want it, but there are a few things that could be added to improve it.
Overriding
Overriding would be a cool feature, for example, if someone froze an op player, because they have the override permission node, they can still move. That would be useful.
Muting Reason
Just like privatus01 said, a reason would be good for the /mute command. If you do add it, can you make it optional? As I said before, I run a Bukkit EDU server, and I don't want to say "Spamming" or something.
Thanks! :)
Hi,
• Can you add like a SkeletonGamez said <reason> future? (/mute [player] (reason) (minutes or /mute [player] (minutes) (reason).
• Can you add broadcast future to all player in the global chat, when player is muted or unmuted (with time, reason, sender)?
• And can you add blocked command list (in the config.yml) ? Like a /me command and others plugins commands. This allows when player is muted.
@SkeletonGamez
Sure, I'll work on that now.
In the next update can you change /mute [player] (minutes) to /mute [player] (reason) (minutes)?
Thank You!
@Flamez44
What is your chat plugin?
I have multiple channels, and it only mutes the player from one. Anyway to impliment a way to mute them from ALL channels?
@carlcraftmc
Mute doesn't block all commands, just /me.
hi austin i like this plugin its great
i just dont like the way the mute is where it blocks all commands maybe the /me would be better as it stop /home /spawn etc maybe swap it over to the freeze just a suggestion
Yes!!! This Plugin is so Freaking handy and has become one of my most use op commands Thank you thank you thank you...
