Possibility of using up your databases MAX_CONNECTIONS if your hosting service has them set below 15. Recommended 25+ to ensure at least two users can activate simultaneously, as rare an occasion as that maybe. Consult your hosting service. I am working to reduce the number of queries used to obtain the info. Thanks to Microskies for pointing this error out.
