[b]***You MUST delete your old config! You can use the same values after the server starts!***[/b]

- A TON of things were added. I'll try to list them all:
- Added config version
  - Once new config version is released, the plugin will
    - Save old configs in new folder labeled "oldConfigs"
    - Download new, updated config.
    - This will NOT work until you delete the last version's config!
- Added [b]multiple fly modes[/b]
  - Fly mode 0
    - Will remove a payment method from the player every "x" amount of time
  - Fly mode 1
    - Works like previous Fly Payment, where one payment will allow player to fly for "x" amount of time
- Added [b]Timed Fly Bans[/b]
  - Allows player, with permission, to:
    - Add ban
    - Remove ban
    - Check ban
    - Be exempt from ban
    - Add timed ban
    - Add permanent ban
- Added Free Fly mode
- Added [b]Banned Fly Worlds[/b]
    - Worlds that players aren't allowed to use Fly Payment in
- Added [b]Combat Temp Fly Ban[/b]
  - Allow to enable or disable PvP Fly temp ban
  - Set time for ban
  - If player is damaged by a player, or damages another player, he/she will be temp banned from flying
- Added [b]Item Lore Removal[/b]
  - As-in, items with lore will be CORRECTLY removed now!
- Added [b]Custom Messages[/b]
  - Each message has parameters in the config to change what the player sees
- [u]Players' info are recorded with UUID's[/u], meaning the plugin is ready for Minecraft 8.0
- You now have [b]12 tiers[/b] to configure
