Features
- Be able to shoot firecharges like never before!
- Customizable blast radius/power through config.
- A line in the config. If Permissions = off, anyone can shoot, if it's on, only players with the permission can!
- Reload Plugin.

Permissions:
- firecharge.shoot - Allows players to shoot when "Permissions" option is enabled!

Suggestions are greatly appreciated.
