What does this plugin allow you to do?
This plugin has been created for you to be able to download any file to the server within any folder.
By using this plugin you don't need to Connect via FTP or CPs.
Getting started
Once you have downloaded this plugin and it's in the plugins folder
restart the server... Then you can use the command /dl or /download.
How to Use
let's say you want to Download an update of this plugin,
use the command /dl then link to file so like this
(/dl http://dev.bukkit.org/media/files/891/719/Downloader.jar plugins)
Once it has been download the file should be in this in the plugins folder, or the folder you wanted to download to.

Link Shortener
This allows you to get any link shortened in-game!
To use the link shortener do /st or /shorten along with the link after the command it should make a new tinyurl link in seconds.
If something goes wrong with the plugin, Please Open a ticket.

This is a reminder that if you don't want anybody using this, just give them a negative permission, most permission plugins use "-" before the permission node to make it unavailable to them no matter what.
