I would like to know if it is possible to activate the plugin only in a defined world,
example I would like to deactivate it in my survival world
but activate it in the fallenkingdom world

No it is not possible, sorry. The plugin will be active on the whole server.

Yes you can, use "PerWorldPlugin" and look at the config of the plugin
