/expo= Shows you the list of the commands that are available in this plugin.
/expo fxlist = Shows you the list of the potion effects that are available to use.
/expo fx<effect> <tier> = Gives you a potion effect based on the effect that you put on the "<effect>". Example: "/expo fxspeed 1". The list of the effects can be seen on the "/expo fxlist".
