ExpDrops is a plugin inspired by the Niftycraft Mod (the dropable exp part of it)

Features:

Mobs will drop an exp item instead of exp orbs
Right clicking a block with an exp item in hand will give you the set exp of the item
Right clicking on other players with an exp item in hand will give that player the set exp of the item

Future Plans:

Command to trade exp for slime ball

They are named upon how many exp they hold so like: "1 EXP", 2 "EXP", and so on...
