EnhancedPistons
Version: 1.5
About
This Mod Add Additional Functionality To Pistons.
Pistons Can Move Additional Blocks As Well As Stop
Block Movement, Crush Blocks, And Push/Pull Blocks From Chests.
There Is A Config File That Will Generate After First Use.
The Config File Contains Which Blocks Are Allowed Or Not To Move.
If You Find A Bug Let Me Know And I Will Fix ASAP.
Functions
StrongPistons: Pistons Move Blocks That Would Normally Break Or Not Move Normally.
WeakPistons: Pistons Cant Move Blocks That Are Normally Movable By Pistons.
CrusherPistons: Two Pistons When Used Together Can Crush Blocks.
ChestPushPistons: Sticky Pistons Can Pull Blocks From Chests.
ChestPullPistons: Pistons Can Push Blocks Into Chests.
I Am Looking Into Proper Smooth Movement.

Things To Come
Currently Working On VeryStickyPistons.
I'm Looking Into A Way To Make The Movement Look Smoother.
And Farther Extending Pistons. Like MorePistons.
In-Game Commands And Permissions To Those Commands.
Possible LWC Compatibility.

AHHH!!!!!! MY MIND IS BEING FLOODED BY CAPITALS!!!
Has the config file reverting to defaults been resolved? or how about the pistons breaking themselves when trying to pull a chest?
i would like to use your plugin but not until these critical issues have been resolved
@Demenius90
I'd like that too. i want to be able to move chests instead of blocks within them so I can hide chests behind a wall.
@Cyanogen101
You Can Make Pistons Move Whatever You Put In The Config File.
So If You Want It To Move Obsidian, Furnaces, And Chests Than Put Those Under The StrongPistons Section In The Config.
Hi, Im confused? does this allow me to make Pistons move Obsidian, Furnaces and chests? like a normal piston thou?
Is there any way to install this mod on client side?
@Mike1215
I have noticed that some config files when using the reload command revert to thier defualt state,its best not to use reload with ones like that and just restart the server upon any changes to that config,and restart for any plugin added/changed,as it will revert it
Every time I attempt to add "Obsidian: true" to StrongPistons, save, and reload the config. It deletes that row. What am I doing wrong?
Edit: Actually, any changes to the config file revert themselves to default.
There is a bug with all blocks - when you push them, it works, but when you retract the piston, the piston breaks. Please resolve this bug.
I Have Posted Example Videos For All Current Features
@Torondork
The Pistons Will Push Solid Blocks Into Chests, Not The Item Versions Of Blocks.
I Can Add That Feature In The Next Update.
As For The Pistons Not Retracting, I Do Not Know What Is Causing That Issue As I Do Not Modify Piston Data.
Demenius90,
I have been installing the updates regularly, and last night attempted to have my cobble dumped down a hole pushed into the chest at the bottom of the hole using a piston. Well the button was pressed and the piston extended, but the piston failed to retract and the cobble remained lying on the floor. Did I misunderstand the "push block into chest"? do the blocks have to be solid and placed already? Regardless, any thoughts on why the piston didn't retract? I get the same result with a button or a lever (I can push lever to extend the piston but it doesn't retract when I pull it back.) Thanks for your thoughts. - T
@Melekaiah
In The Past Before I Made This Plugin I Was Actually Fooling Around With That Idea. To Fully Utilize It Though You Would Need SpoutCraft To Create An Overlay Goop On The Side Of The Block. In The Future I May Go Back And Finish That Project, But For This Project I Am Only Working On Things That Pistons Do.
there was another mod that is not being updated it seems. but it allowed you to use slimeballs to make blcoks stick. anysticky blocks that were connected would all be pulled at the same time if a piston pulled the first block.
@Theeisbaer
I Will Add That To The Todo List. As Of Right Now I Do Not Believe LWC Will Work Properly With My Plugin As Blocks Are Being Moved By Pistons And Not By Players So LWC Cannot Check To See Who Wants To Move The Block.
@powerpawn1
Yes It Works Great On My Server. I Do Not Know Why It's Not Showing Up On Your Server. :S
@Demenius90 I just checked my server log, and this error you posted is not there. I searched for EnhancedPistons in VI and found nothing, so I read everything, and there is no error, except for Guardian which I need to get rid of. Thats it. Info: I have the most recent recommended build of CB, and the most recent version of EnhancedPistons.
EDIT: Yes, java is updated. RE-EDIT: Also, does this work on your server, par chance?
how do i get this work with LWC? o:
@MattSheridan
Habit I Guess. I Just Do.
Why are you capitalizing every word you type?
