EndermanRP is a Minecraft plugin that provides players with many features that enhance roleplay as an enderman. It aims to include vast variety of different abilities and effects in order to suit the need of any server (every ability/effect can be enabled | disabled through config.yml).
Supported Server Version: 1.13 - 1.16.x
Download & Install
Download the latest plugin release and drag it into your plugins/ server folder. Make sure to delete any old version of this plugin first.

Features:
- Players with carved pumpkin helmets become invisible
- Enderman mobs are friendly with enderman players
- Teleportation (hold shift for 3s)
- Damage while in water or on rain
- Silk touch (only with bare hands)

enable-pumpkin-invisibility => players that wear carved pumpkin will be invisible to enderman players
enable-friendly-enderman => enderman mobs won't attack player if they look at them or attack them
enable-teleportation => enderman players are able to teleport (additional configuration under # Teleportration settings)
enable-water-damage => enderman players will take damage upon being in water or on rain (additional configuration under #Water damage settings)
enable-silk-touch => enderman players will have automatic silk touch when harvesting with bare hands
water-per-second-damage => 1 damage = 0.5 hearts
require-full-armor => does enderman player require full armor to prevent water damage or only one piece
max-height-difference => maximum height difference between current location and final teleport location
teleport-distance => maximum teleport distance in blocks
Commands & Permissions
Syntax:
/em on|off (player_name) => toggles enderman status on player
/s => plays enderman sound
Example:
/em on NewtyMan
/em off NewtyMan
Permissions:
enderman.set => gives permission to /em command

The console is the window where you see all the messages related to the server. If you're hosting it yourself on a Windows computer, it's typically a black window with white text that opens when you launch your server and that logs all that happens on your server.
Hey man, really cool plugin you got there! I've been rocking an enderman-type skin for a while and found this plugin by chance.
Through playing I nearly died several times while sneaking close to lava to break blocks and TPing in it, is it feasible for you to change the teleport key to CTRL or make it so you have to double-tap SHIFT then hold to engage the 3 seconds timer, for example? Also, I see that you have a config to enable the need to have full armour to prevent water damage, but what about one to disable this protection? I think it would be cool that water would always be a danger for an enderman, making it need to use a boat (or teleportation) even to cross small bodies of water. On the same note, would it be feasible to make it so helmets and/or skyward aimed shield protects against rain? Lastly, what do you think of making other mobs neutral to enderman players, like they are to endermen? Just some suggestions, if you feel that it would be either too OP/boring or hard to implement, it's okay ⋅u⋅
Other than that, it's pretty neat ⋅u⋅ I've been having some troubles on my server with interaction with other plugins but I can't pin it on this one for sure (could also be a client-side mod for all I know). I'll keep you up to date if I find any bugs though.

EDIT: Just had this idea, Endermen can't be shot with arrows, maybe some way to reflect that like a chance for the arrow to just bounce on you like they do with shields (or force TP to a random spot near the player if you advocate that Endermen don't volontarily dodge arrows and that it is more of a reflex.) could be fun? I don't know.

Found a glitch, I think. When it is raining, if you stand under glass, you still take water damage. I'm guessing it would do the same in arid biomes where no rain falls based on this observation.
