Ender Enchanted Table
If you have more than 20 book shelf's on you enchanted table you can
enchant items with very high levels.
How it works:
Well, if you have more than 20 bookshelf's the current maximum is 48,
the enchant that will give the enchanted table will be the same as the
bookshelf s you got also the exp level that will need will be the same.
Important:
if you have less than 20 Bookshelf s it will be as a normal enchant table
but if you have more it will become the Ender Enchanted Table. xD
Permissions:
anbuautos.mecanico - this permission to allow people to enchant horse armors available on v4
Commands:
/myhorse - teleport your horse to you. available on v4
TO-DO:
Will add min and max on config.yml and exp into grades xD

the thing is that it depends on how many bookshelf s you got on the
enchanted table, I am thinking in a way to implement the max: min:
including the bookshelf numbers... If you come up with an idea please share

how about an option for min and max enchant level? example
min: 40
Max: 100
When they enchant they get a random enchant from 40 up to 100
