What is the issue?

Hello I loved the idea of this plugin, however I have problems with the setup.
When I do the setup i do the /egg sign and create the signs then click the ground to get out of it. Next I do /egg setup and click the 2 wool blocks that are used for the voting then click the ground then i set the area for the chicken to spawn. I start the game and click a sign to join it says there are no more bets left to remove for this color. Please help
