Inspired by:
https://github.com/Rhidlor/ScalingMobDifficulty
Commands:
/DistanceLevel show current monster scaling in your area
/DistanceLevel [X-Coord] [Z-Coord] show current monster scaling at the coordinates
/DistanceLevel [X-Coord] [Z-Coord] [world] show current monster scaling at the coordinates / world
only usable from the console
Add any worlds you wish to manage into the list in config.yml
Worlds:
- world
- world_nether
- world_the_end
Any world managed needs a configuration like the one below, copy and past the example in the file and rename "world" to your world name
world:
LevelDistance: 1000
Scaling:
ExpMultiplier: 0.1
DropMultiplier: 0.1
Blaze:
Health: 0.5
Attack: 0.3
...
Adds X health / X attack to the monster every level. Enderdragons don't scale.
Keep getting "Not Scaled" once I try a command What do I do
In reply to command_train:
You'll get the error "This world is not scaled" if you try to use any player command in a world that is not configured to be managed by the plugin.
To configure the plugin open <your server>\plugins\DistanceLeveledMonsters\config.yml or create one if you don't have one (it should create one on the first run).
Following the tutorial up in the main post: Add your world name (the name of the world directory) under "Worlds" like in the example. Then add a section below everything with the same world name (you may copy/paste or replace the default world configuration).
Don't forget to save the file and restart/reload your server for the changes to take effect.
