This plugin will give you Music Disc Recipes It is a rather simple plugin and was only meant to do 1 thing and thats to make recipes for music discs!
Each color corresponds to a colored wool, which in turn corresponds to the colored disc. So just replace the wool in the middle with the correct color wool for the color of disc.
Yellow = Music Disk (13)
Green = Music Disk (Cat)
Orange = Music Disk (Blocks)
Red = Music Disk (Chirp)
Lime = Music Disk (Far)
Purple = Music Disk (Mall)
Magneta = Music Disk (Mellohi)
Black = Music Disk (Stal)
White = Music Disk (Strad)
Brown = Music Disk (Ward)
Gray = Music Disk (11)
Light Blue = Music Disk (Wait)
