Could you please update to 1.4.4? It works great, but I am not sure what it would do if someone was killed by a witch, or one of the newly added creatures.
Also I would like it if you use the player's Username, instead of their display name.
When someone has a nick from essentials, it logs it with the nickname, instead of their real username.
Seems to still work just fine (simple thing really) in 1.3.2...
@midnightfang22
Why not just try it?! But yes it's working just fine on my server running 1.3.2
Does this still work in 1.3.1?
Works like a champ! Bukkit 1.2.5. Catches all PVP kills including bows.
@emptyqwerty
DeathLog does support "Player was slain by Player". The message "Player was killed by Player" is obtain when a player is killed by indirect magic (a Splash Potion by example). If I'm not wrong, when this happen, you still get the message "Player was slain by Player".
See the following links for more information:
Damn. So this doesn't support "<player> was slain by <player>" ?
I could have used that to check for SpawnKilling :/
This is a quick update to let you know that DeathLog is still compatible with the latest version of Craftbukkit. Also, after testing the different version of Craftbukkit, I can assure that this plugin is compatible with from 1.2.5-R1 until 1.0.1-R1. You will find more information about the compatible build on the download page of any version of DeathLog.

Version 0.1.1 released
This new version is now compatible with 1.1-R6 and implement the new event system and native tagged logging. One issue remain. Please see the issue in GitHub to get more information. This version is also working with 1.1-R7 (run as expected when tested).

Currently working on updating this plugin. Follow me on Facebook or Twitter to see the progression:
Damn, that's too bad. This would really come in handy.
@AnotherP
I just tried it. Doesn't seem to work.
Does this work with the R4?
