Another JoinMessage Plugin.
Features (2.0):
Set a JOIN MESSAGE in a config file.
/setjoinmessage - set the join message
Coming Features:
- Use of colors
- Permissions
ONLY tested on 1.7 and 1.8, don't know if it will work on higher versions.
