Bukkit

This update consists of a lot of small changes:

• Added /ci reload which will reload the .cis file (but not the resourcepack) without the need to restart the server
• Added the possibility to ignore the interesting item/strange armor piece warnings via the config.yml
• Added debug help: this version can detect for instance that there are no .cis files or that KnokkoCore is missing or outdated

And some bugfixes:

• The duplicate glitch when destroying shulker boxes in protected areas
• Problems when picking up custom items when inventory is almost full
• The block break error messages when breaking blocks that were introduced in minecraft 1.15
• Mending for custom items in the offhand and armor slots
• Double durability loss when hitting multiple mobs with 1 attack

This version is required to load item sets that were written with Editor 6.3.

No new KnokkoCore version is required for this version of CustomItems.
