-Add potion effects that are given upon hitting mobs with custom items

-Allow commands to be executed by right-clicking custom items

-Add projectile (cover)s and wands to fire them

This version will require Knokko Core to be updated as well, it will require one of the following Knokko Core versions (or later ones once those are released):

Knokko Core for minecraft 1.13 3

Knokko Core for minecraft 1.14 6

Knokko Core for minecraft 1.15 1

Note: This version is marked as 'beta' because many features have been added and not all are very well tested.
