-Fixed many crafting and item drops problems in minecraft 1.13 and 1.14

-Fixed a small problem that caused a double space in the durability lore of custom tools

-Added custom tridents (even though the thrown tridents won't change texture)

-Added the possibility to use txt files instead of .cis files for server hosts that don't allow uploading files.

-Let hoppers stack custom items

Note: this version requires Knokko Core version of at least 1.14 5, 1.13 2 or 1.12 10 (depending on which minecraft version).
