YES, finally after all that time we got ourselves some custom recipes.
First I want to give some credit to kicjow, I based the config for the recipes on his custom crafting plugin.

You can find the custom recipes that are build in at the bottom of the config file.
The default setting should look like this:
You can add your own custom recipes by adding a new section like this:
