CreativeManager
Note: Creative manager will be updated by February/March 2014.
Whats CreativeManager?
CreativeManager is a Bukkit Plugin that controls the things that people can do in creative, such as:
If they can place/destroy bedrock, If they can keep there inventory when changing back to survival, If they can drop items in creative.
Commands:
- reloadval Description: Reloads the valuables from the config file.
- reloadconf Description: Reloads the config section from the config file. Permission Nodes:
- creativemanager.reloadval: allows you to reload the valuables from the config file.
- creativemanager.reloadconf: allows you to reload the config section from the config file. This plugin is fully customized, because of its config file, it lets your select what ops can do in creative and what normal players can do in creative, a look at the config file:

- DIAMOND_BLOCK: 1
- EMERALD_BLOCK: 1
- GOLD_BLOCK: 1
- IRON_BLOCK: 1

Valuables is so you can put what blocks CreativeManager should keep track of, for example if you place a diamond block with creative and then a non-op on survival wants to destroy that block and keep the loop they can't since the plugin will prevent them from destroying it.
Config is so you can select what ops and players can do in creative.
keep_inventory: If set to false the inventory they have in survival will be saved when they change to creative and when they go back to survival they get the saved inventory. bedrock_place and bedrock_break: Allows you to manage if they can place or destroy bedrock. can_drop: if set to false when in creative they can't drop items.
As usual, All suggestions are welcome and might be implemented on the next release.
be nice if i could set myself to be exempt from this plugin via permissions ;) i want my ops to be limited but not me >>; other then that great plugin :)

Yes I will, just that in the past months I been really busy with school and some games I'm making.

It could be done like that yes, or just have a simple permission node for each option like chests, inventories, bedrock, and then a permission management plugin like pex can take care of the rest

So your suggestion a part for each world, for example:

Are there any permissions for this plugin for each config?
For example I have a survival and a creative world, and I want players to be able to open chests in the creative world but not in the survival world, so it would be handy to have a perm to bypass the config like creativemanager.chests

Actually I just added a feature that lets you put what block ops/players can place and can't destroy. Just fixed the armor not getting removed when returning to Survival.
I could release a new version at the moment, but I'll try to fix the valuables one.

Can you make it to where players in creative cant place TNT but ops can ?

Yes the only flaw as I can see is them putting on armor then changing game modes. Other than that its perfect.

I haven't worked on this specific project for a while now, since there wasn't a good feedback about it.
Sorry about taking so long, So want more customization as choosing what stays and what leaves when changing game mode?
Just wonder if this is being updated not trying to be rude just wondering.

As for the teleport forcing, this isn't an actual bug of my plugin, but I will add a way to prevent that on the next version
