Actually no. And that would be great to add skills to the mobs and color for the names at the head of the monster. Like : Warrior of the Night in red
@wydgabriel
Currently there is no peaceful option for spawned creatures.
But i'll try to add one. Do you know a plugin where you can do this?
Hi again. I got all this but how now can i put to the mob dont move without an attack? i mean, when it spawn, it dont move. If it get attacked , it moves to get the agressor .
@wydgabriel
Sorry for that i forgot to add the repeat param to the commandtext below.
@wydgabriel
MobSpawner (block) is not a SpawnTask (invisible)
/cms ENDER_DRAGON i:5m r:-1
will respawn the enderdragon every 5 minutes (via SpawnTask)
(TimeUnits: YMWDhmst)
r:-1 = infinite
more optional params:
[Parametername:Type] (Abriviation)
[amount:Integer] (a)
[delay:Duration] (d)
[repeat:Integer] (r)
[synced:Boolean] (s)
[chunkloadrange:Intger] (clr)
[interval:Duration] (i)
[creaturemaxcount:Integer [creaturerange:Double]] (cm, cr)
[playermincount:Integer [playerrange:Double]] (pm, pr)
[blockingrange:Double] (br)
[countdowntime:Duration [countdowntime:Duration] ... [countdownmessage:String] [countdownbroadcast:Boolean]] (cdt, cdt, ..., cdm, cdb)
[allowdespawning:Boolean] (ad)
[location:Location]
[spawnrange:Double] (sr)
[health:Integer] (h)
[showHealth:Boolean] (sh)
I created a boss in here but how can i put him into a mob spawner?
And how can i set the time of respawn of a certain mob spawner? Thanks awesome plugin
@tindin
Sorry i don't understand that.
SpawnTasks are invisible.
They usually are used to spawn monsters that aren't spawned by bukkit or with a customized amount of monsters (or animals).
There are many options to customize these spawn tasks.
You have to setup every single spawntask by yourself, but this is only one command.
If you want to restore the end there is also a command for that.
If you have a fresh the end just go there and type /tear and the end will respawn every 15 minutes (custom intervals possible)
does this plugin auto spawn the mobs in the files or do you need to set up spawners all over the place?
@TheOneMadHawk
Thank you sir :-)
@ThisUsernameIsMine
Sorry for that. I guess i haven't tested it enough.
Use this new version:
I hope i fixed every NPE there
ToDo List:
@TheOneMadHawk
Did you forget to update the version of a config file?
getting the following at first server-start: http://dev.bukkit.org/paste/7420/
plugin.yml states 3.10
@ThisUsernameIsMine
Increase chunkLoadRange to something around 5
If you have pleasure to improve the documentation, this would be great.
@TheOneMadHawk
Thanks for the dev build, but now new enderdragons keep being spawned (counting two already) while the creatureMaxCount is set to 1:
tasks:
t0:
type: ENDERDRAGON
location:
x: 46.5
y: 80.0
z: 8.5
world: world_the_end
amount: 1
interval: 72000
repeat: -1
chunkLoadRange: -1
creatureMaxCount: 1
creatureRange: 10000.0
playerMinCount: 0
playerRange: 16.0
blockingRange: 0.0
allowDespawn: false
This plugin really confuses me =P
@ThisUsernameIsMine
Try this dev build:
[Link outdated - try stable build instead]
New Feature ChunkLoadRange
if you use the tear command this will be used automatically otherwise you have to use the
clr:Integer param
@TheOneMadHawk
Hmm, because now it seems nothing is spawned anymore. It would've been nice if it could spawn things without the presence of players (its all about keeping the correct chunks loaded, right?).
Just a little update
ToDo List:
@ThisUsernameIsMine
What will happen if someone enters The End but leaves it again. Will it reset the counting or will it continue?
The task will continue, but the/a player has to be there when the task is executed.
@TheOneMadHawk
Ohh, that explains it!
What will happen if someone enters The End but leaves it again. Will it reset the counting or will it continue?
@ThisUsernameIsMine
If i want to spawn an Enderdragon in The End (each hour, but only if the previous dragon has been killed) and a Wither in some other world (also each hour), can this be done independedly from other tasks?
All tasks run independently. But as mentioned before, if noone is in the end bukkit does not spawn the dragon although i tell him to do so.
Thats why i want to add a "ChunkLoadRange option for spawn tasks"
This is my config (taks only): http://dev.bukkit.org/paste/7302/
Your config is correct and you will see the dragon respawning, if you wait for an hour in that world.
(I tested that yesterday which took 3 hours to test all possible combinations)
@TheOneMadHawk
Hmm. I have a question.
If i want to spawn an Enderdragon in The End (each hour, but only if the previous dragon has been killed) and a Wither in some other world (also each hour), can this be done independedly from other tasks?
Because i only see a Wither now and the enderdragon (which was killed before the Wither spawned) doesn't seem to spawn anymore.
This is my config (taks only): http://dev.bukkit.org/paste/7302/
