    I was making a new gun (Minigun) in crackshot.. i did everything good, i reloaded the server and all the guns where gone!

    Dual wielding in Deagle is a bit shifted forward. delete some spaces.

    Fixed it for you, You don't need to type the Gun name after the Item_Information
    You just need to write:
    Minigun
    Item_Information:
    xxx
    xxx
