Aims to fix configuration issues by implementing the following changes:

• All section signs (§) have been replaced by the ampersand (&) in the default configuration file.
• All strings must now be surrounded by quotes (").
• The ampersand symbol (&) is now the recommended color-code. The use of (§) is deprecated.

Weapon stores now support IDs with a value from 1-999, as opposed to 1-99.
