Simple Plugin which add a new Command to broadcast server messages and the MC Name of the broadcaster.

Requested by Revilosmith1999.

Command

Broadcast from Console

cu say <MC Name> <Message>

Broadcast in-game

/cu say <Message>

Permissions

consoleusernames.say: Needed for in-game broadcasts.
