Consent2Combat
Because some grudges can only be settled with a good ol' duel!
Description
Who
Pairs of players. Each player can participate in as many simultaneous duels as he or she agrees to.
What
One-on-one combat. Players can only attack each other if they are dueling partners.
When
A duel begins when two players agree to combat and lasts until one of them dies (if the cancel-duels-on-death config option is enabled) or logs off.
Where
Everywhere! Duels do not end when players teleport, turn invisible, or change worlds, so there's nowhere to hide!
How
- Player Alice right-clicks player Bob to request combat.
- Bob is notified of the request, and (assuming he chooses to accept) right-clicks Alice.
- Both players are notified that the duel has started, and begin fighting.
- As they are doing so, Chuck attacks Alice, but deals no damage as the two have not agreed to combat.
Why
For the thrill of the fight! (And to deter those pesky players that wait for other players to weaken each other before jumping in for the kill.)

Nice plugin, you should have an option which cancels the duel at 1hp so that nothing is dropped. Does this override worldguard flags?
