Fixed NPE caused by using wrong setting name.

Fixed NPE that occurs when users use Heroes but don't have money drops enabled. Fixed NPE that occurs when the mob killed is not on our list of killable mobs.

Fixed experience formula once more.

Fixed experience formula. Added new config option for dynamic fire damage. Turning this on will cause fire to do 2% hp damage per tick.

Added money drops. Only configure option is off/on right now. Will add more after testing phase. Added holograms to display money drop and xp. Added configure options. Added automatic config generation for v2.0 config.

Loot drops are still in dev but will be in 2.0 final.
